Product names, descriptions, attribute values and variant names — the text that decides whether a buyer in Indonesia finds you.
What we never touch
Brand names, model numbers, SKUs, quantities, sizes and prices are carried through exactly as written, and every number is checked against your original before delivery.
Policy, warranty and refund text is not translated.
What you decide
Indonesian runs about 15% longer than English, and some titles are over the limit before we start. We never cut your copy silently: you choose to let us shorten it, or to take that product out and get its share of the payment back.
We translate what you give us. We do not check the accuracy of your product information — your copy is your own.

Before you upload.
Which marketplaces and countries do you support?
Shopee and Lazada in Indonesia, written into Bahasa Indonesia. More markets are being added; each one opens only after its language rules have been checked.
What file do I upload?
The CSV your marketplace’s bulk-upload (mass upload) tool exports. If you edit it in Excel, save it with Save As → CSV UTF-8. You get back the same file: same columns, same order, same format.
Is the translation checked?
Every product is written by one model and reviewed by a second. Before delivery we measure the local-language share against Shopee’s 50% rule, confirm every number matches your original, and confirm your HTML is intact. A product that fails is repaired once or held back and shown to you — never shipped.
What happens to my file?
An upload you do not order is deleted within 24 hours. After you order, we hold your file for 5 days while the payment arrives; if it does not, the file is deleted and nothing has been translated. Delivered files are deleted 7 days after delivery.
Is my catalogue used to train AI models?
No. Translation runs through a model provider under a zero-data-retention policy: your text is processed to produce the translation, and is not stored or used for training.
What if a translated field is too long?
Shopee and Lazada limit how many characters a product name, description and variation option may contain. When a field will not fit, we show you the listing and the field in your own words, and you choose: let us shorten it to fit — which may read less precisely than your original — or take it out of the delivery and get that part of your payment back.
How do I pay?
When you order you get a payment reference, and we email you the payment details. Translation starts when the payment arrives — not before.
